Incident and Accident Report Requests

The Records Section is responsible for the processing, retention, and storage of incident reports.  Incident reports, as well as accident reports, are generally made available for dissemination to the public and other authorized individuals within 3-5 business days from the date the incident or accident was filed.  All reports may be obtained either in person, fax, mail, or email.

    Fees:

    $5.00 per report/per copy (No charge for those individuals involved)
    * Only exact cash, business checks, certified checks, money orders made payable to the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office will be accepted.  No personal checks.
