Field Operations Division

The Field Operations Division of the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office is the primary first responder law enforcement services provider to the citizens of Fayette County.  In this capacity, the Field Operations Division provides a wide range of law enforcement services to our community.  Those law enforcement services are provided by five different sections with specific duties that not only support each other, but the entire Fayette County Sheriff's Office Mission.

The mission of the Field Operations Division is accomplished by the following subordinate operational sections and units:

     • Court Services Section
     • Traffic Enforcement Section
     • Uniform Patrol Section
     • Warrant Services Section
     • Youth Services Section
     • Canine Unit
     • Honor Guard Unit
